I really admire your staff, they are resourceful and informative. They are very friendly even at 12 midnight. The rooms are very well kept, very neat and well furnished. I love all the complimentary things, coffee, popcorn, hot chocolate, more plugs, sugar, the mints, note pads, pens. In the bathroom a very nice selection of soaps and other things, make-up remover wipes, shoe shine cloth! I could go on forever, but what do I know, I'm 10. I could live here.
